Features:

• 100% FOOD-GRADE COLD FORGED STAINLESS STEEL GRINDING CHAMBER — The entire grinding chamber is full SS, not just the cutter. Premium competitors use plastic-laminated particle board (PLB) cabinets. ShreejiFine Bakon Ultimate uses a cold forged SS chamber with LM6 food-grade outer body and SS 6-blade jointless cutter — zero rust, zero contamination, zero compromise. Grinds 8–12 Kg/Hr with reduced friction and minimal heat for quieter, longer-lasting performance.
• 8-PIECE BRASS (PITAL) + STAINLESS STEEL FRAME JALI SET — Sizes 0, 1, 1.5, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 included. 100% food-grade brass jali delivers finer, more consistent flour than standard steel or plastic mesh. Whether you need coarse suji or ultra-fine atta — one jali change and you're set. Dry grains grind finer than semi-dry. The only domestic flour mill in this range with genuine Pital brass jali as standard.
• 2880 RPM DYNAMICALLY BALANCED COPPER MOTOR — 100% H-Class copper wire winding for maximum efficiency and longevity. Consumes only 0.75 units per hour at 4.5 AMP peak load. Runs on any standard 5.0 AMP domestic socket — no additional 15 AMP wiring or electrician required. Built-in power balancer handles 180V to 240V voltage range automatically. Vibration-free silent operation engineered for years of daily use.
• FULLY LOADED SMART FEATURES — Child Safety Switch stops grinding if door opens. Auto Overload Protection prevents motor burnout. Microprocessor-based Auto Grain Sensing starts and stops automatically. LED light indicator inside. Includes: Premium flour mill cover, nylon bristle cleaning brush, heavy-duty stainless steel container, 4 heavy-duty nylon castor wheels for easy kitchen movement. Everything included — nothing extra to buy.
• PREMIUM MDF + CALIBRATED PLYWOOD CABINET — NOT PLB, NOT BHUSHA BOARD, NOT ENGINEERED WOOD. Bakon Ultimate cabinet is built with 15mm Mappel Brand pre-laminated MDF and MR-Grade moisture-resistant calibrated plywood — same materials used in premium modular kitchen furniture. 17mm thick door with matching pattern and colour. Top hopper and flour compartment both laminated with stainless steel for dust-free, easy-clean hygienic operation. Built to look premium for 15+ years.
• 🇮🇳 18,000+ PINCODE DOORSTEP SERVICE — ShreejiFine operates from our own Ahmedabad manufacturing facility with 300+ units daily capacity. Register online, receive your unique Service ID instantly, and track service status in real time via WhatsApp. Remote digital assistance available all working days 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM. Lakh+ happy customers. We don't just sell machines — we service them for life.
• GRINDS 50+ GRAINS AND SPICES — Wheat, rice, chana dal, jowar, bajra, ragi, maize, corn, coffee, kali mirchi, haldi, and more. All grains must be completely dry for best results — the drier the grain, the finer the output. Adjustable jali set (0 to 6) gives complete control over flour texture from coarse daliya to ultra-fine atta. Fresh home-ground flour retains natural nutrients, aroma and taste that packaged flour cannot replicate.
• ELASTIC-FREE AIR-COOLED MICRO CLOTH FILTER — ShreejiFine's uniquely designed elastic-free filter seals cleanly without bands that loosen over time. Air-cooled micro cloth prevents moisture build-up inside the flour compartment — keeping flour dry and fresh. Zero flour leakage on your kitchen during operation. Easy to remove, wash and refit in seconds. Hygienic, food-safe material that standard elastic-band filters cannot match.
• 15-YEAR GENUINE GRINDING CHAMBER WARRANTY + 5-YEAR MOTOR WARRANTY — The grinding chamber — the most critical part of any flour mill — is warranted for 15 full years. Motor: 5 years. Electronics: 1 year. Online warranty registration with e-certificate issued instantly. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, rubber/wooden/plastic parts, external accessories or jalis. ShreejiFine stands behind every machine that leaves our factory — register once, protected for 15 years.
• WHY BAKON ULTIMATE IS WORTH THE PREMIUM — Full SS cold forged chamber (Not regular full body chamber) + SS 6-blade jointless cutter + genuine Brass Pital jali set + MDF plywood cabinet (not PLB) + 2880 RPM H-class copper motor + 15-year chamber warranty + 18,000 pincode service.
