Details: The Hawkins Futura 22 cm Reinforced Cast Iron Grill n Griddle (CIGG22) is built for strength, performance and versatility. Made from a special grade of reinforced cast iron, it is virtually unbreakable and designed to last for years. Its sturdy, rough-and-tough construction makes it extremely durable—so tough that even heavy everyday use will not damage it. This pan can safely handle high heat, retaining heat exceptionally well and cooking food faster once hot, without damaging the surface. With no synthetic coating—no PTFE and no PFAS—it uses only natural oil seasoning. Pre-seasoned with vegetable oil, it is ready to use and resists rust with regular seasoning. The flat side works perfectly as a griddle for dosa, rotis, pancakes and tortillas, while the ridged side is ideal for grilling BBQ-style meats, fish and vegetables.
